Is Animal Abuse Making You Angry?

Is Animal Abuse Making You Angry?

Do you ever feel overwhelmed with anger after reading articles and posts about animal abuse? If so, you’re not alone. How can we cultivate a world of compassion when we are filled with so much anger? Many In Defense of Animals supporters find it helpful to share their feelings about animal abuse in our Animal Activist Online Support Group. Why not give it a try? Together, we can find ways to channel our feelings towards positive societal change.

Our free, confidential and welcoming support group is used by all kinds of people who advocate and care for animals. We address issues like burnout, self-care, compassion fatigue, anger, guilt, family issues, activist infighting, and more. Our discussions are led by experienced group therapist and Sustainable Activism Campaign Director, Lisa Levinson. Join us by phone, or online on Thursday, April 28, 5:00 p.m. – 6 p.m. PDT (8:00 p.m. – 9 p.m. EDT).
