We Call for the End of Asia's Dog Meat Trade

IDA President, Dr. Marilyn Kroplick, Attends Protest and Calls for the End of Asia’s Dog Meat Trade

It is estimated that more than 30 million dogs are killed horrifically and then eaten throughout Asia each year. As the truth of this brutal and condemnable trade is brought to light, individuals from all over the world are calling for its end; an end to stealing dogs from their loving homes, an end to electrocuting, beating and boiling of dogs, and an end to eating (hu)man’s best friend.

IDA President, Dr. Marilyn Kroplick, recently joined others in the LA area to protest and call for the end to the dog meat trade. We will not stay silent. We will continue to fight until we see the torture and trade ended.

Please note: We care and fight on behalf of ALL animals. We advocate on behalf of dogs with a dedicated campaign in Asia, while simultaneously working on behalf of other consumed animals in the USA and abroad.
