Inspection Report Evaluations February 16, 2000 Return to main menu
41-A-0035 Since I have not visited this facility comments regarding the inspection reports will be minimal. Inspection reports do show that the kennel has more than doubled in size since May of 1996. Also, the requirements for transport enclosures and primary conveyance were marked "NS" for not seen. Most disturbing with these inspection reports is the fact that since 1996 all inspections have occurred during the month of May. Inspectors should be concerned with the level of care provided during different times of the year when weather extremes can adversely impact the health and well being of the animals. Inspection History Since March 11, 1996 4 Inspections, 2 Attempted Inventory: 79 adult dogs, 22 puppies March 11, 1996 Attempted (Violation) April 4, 1996 Attempted (Violation) May 8, 1996 Routine (?)
