There is no such thing as “green” or “eco-friendly” fur. It takes more than 15 times as much energy to produce a fur coat than it does to produce a fake fur. Fur farms produce hazardous waste which pollutes the air, waterways, and our land.

Furs are loaded with chemicals to keep them from decomposing. Ammonia, formaldehyde, hydrogen peroxide and other chemicals are used to preserve and dye fur.
