LA’s Longest Running Single Day Vegan Tradition
Be a part of Los Angeles’ biggest vegan potluck event of the year, which is a tradition that is more than two decades old! Hundreds of people attend annually. Join us for a peaceful, turkey-friendly Thanksgiving. Come share delicious vegan food, connect with compassionate people, and enjoy the outdoors. We gather at 11:00 a.m., start our opening circle at noon, and then the feast begins! There will be music, live performances, and an open mic. Feel free to bring drums, other musical instruments, a frisbee, or a ball to toss. People new to the concept of veganism are welcome and encouraged to attend. This even is fun for children and well-behaved dogs on leashes!

Except for the vegan dish you bring, this is a free event.
***For each member of your party, please bring a vegan dish to share that will serve at least 8-10 people and that is ready to serve. For example, if there are 2 people in your party, please bring 16-20 servings. Vegan means no meat, fish, eggs, dairy or honey – no animal products at all! ***

foods are encouraged. Both cooked and raw vegan food is welcome.
There will be a space designated for raw food.
Please be conscious to place your dish there only if every ingredient in your dish is 100% raw
(pasteurized foods, commercially canned, and most jarred food are not raw).
Please bring an ingredient list to help those of us with allergies.

Location Details
Enter Park at the north entrance on Motor Avenue (the first entrance south of Pico Blvd). When you enter the park, there is a parking area on the left. Drive past this parking area and follow the road to the next parking area, which is a few hundred feet down. Walk to the picnic tables across the grass and behind the baseball field. “VEG” signs will point the way. (There is another picnic area at the far end and close to the parking lot. This is not our picnic area).
