Protect Your Mental Health

Want to help animals, but feel overwhelmed with this immense task? Once we become aware of the tremendous amount of animal suffering, we’re filled with ambitious resolve to make a difference. Our revolutionary response is noble, but we need to temper it with self-care tools and other helpful resources to maintain balance in our lives. Without practicing self-care, we can become exhausted, resentful toward others, and leave the movement, which ultimately saves fewer animals than if we stay and pace ourselves.
