Reward Offered to Catch Cat Torturer

Last week, we offered a $2500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the unusually cruel and sadistic torture of a gentle and loving cat named Faith, in Hanover, PA. When our founder, and President Emeritus, Dr. Elliot Katz, first learned of this horrific situation, and the attempts by the rescuer, a fire department, a veterinarian, and a local shelter to care for and attempt to save her life, he was both thankful to them, and also angered by the person or persons who had tied this cat down with wire and severely fractured her skull with a hammer or similar blunt object. When it was clear that no one had come forward with any information as to who the sick and disturbed assailant or assailants were, he had no choice but to decide that we needed to post a reward.

As a veterinarian who had practiced so very many years ago, he and our amazing staff have dedicated our lives to ending the institutionalized and the individual abuse and senseless killing of our fellow beings, and it is all thanks to your wonderful help, dedication, and support that we hope to see justice served.

Many news outlets reported our reward to catch Faith’s killer. This article will give you a fuller understanding of those who did so much to help Faith and why we are committed to solving this despicable act of violence. Please share this reward offer news with others, as it may ultimately help someone come forward with the answers we are looking for.

Please give whatever you can to support our work.
