Commit to a Plant-Based Diet While Making Ginger-Carrot Soup

Deep-rooted carrots symbolize the depth of our commitment toward adopting a vegan diet to improve our health and sustain our environment. In Episode 10 of our Carnivores Anonymous Vegan Cooking & Food Psychology show, Dr. Marilyn Kroplick and chef Kathleen Kastner guide us through step-10 as they share a soulful bowl of ginger-carrot soup. 

Step-10 is vigilance. We know that the path to recovery from eating animal products can be long, and difficult situations will arise. Dr. Marilyn shows us how to stay alert for signs that our commitment is being tested, and to admit when we’ve stepped off the path. Following this 12-step practice, we can live mindfully and renew our commitment to our plant-based lifestyle.
