On May 21, Carnivores Anonymous met in Los Angeles to join like-minded souls in our journey of recovery from addiction to eating animal products. In Defense of Animals President and founder of Carnivores Anonymous Dr. Marilyn Kroplick explained the 12-step program and led a group discussion on moving beyond the blocks we face in our lives. She also shared her favorite mindfulness technique to reduce stress in challenging situations.
