On November 13, a resident of Wahiawa, Hawaii made a gruesome discovery. On the lawn in front of her apartment, she found a cat struggling to breathe, her head pierced by an arrow. Tragically, her injuries were too severe to withstand, and she later died. Make sure this cruel perpetrator faces justice!

After investigating the crime and posting flyers asking for leads, police made a shocking arrest. A juvenile from the neighborhood was arrested for the horrific crime.

Lead Prosecuting Attorney for the City and County of Honolulu, Keith Kaneshiro, has pledged to take animal cruelty seriously - and for good reason! Studies have repeatedly shown, and the FBI and other law enforcement agencies agree, that a person who commits cruelty to animals very often moves on to commit acts of violence against people, especially when the cruelty to animals goes unpunished.

Please join us in asking that this juvenile is given a thorough psychiatric evaluation, a welfare check on his home situation, and that he be held accountable for his actions with a felony charge under Hawaii's first-degree cruelty to animals law.
