Thanks to nearly unanimous support from lawmakers and the public alike, the Circus Cruelty Prevention Act continues to progress through the California State Legislature. SB 313 would see an end to the use of exotic animals such as elephants in circuses throughout the state. We must work together to help make sure the inherently cruel practice of forcing exotic animals to perform against their will for “entertainment” is banned in California!
