100 elephants in Africa are brutally murdered every day for their tusks.

China, the United States and the United Kingdom are all approaching near-complete ivory bans.

But Japan's ivory market is ostensibly the largest in the world and we call on the Japanese Government to stop driving elephants towards extinction! 

In Defense of Animals joined Global March for Elephants and Rhinos for a demonstration at the Consulate-General of Japan in San Francisco - and raised our voices. Let’s see the sale of ivory in Japan banned before its too late!
