Make an Action Plan to Secure The Future of Your Animal Companions

What will happen to your animals when you're no longer here? How about the neglected and abused animals in the world who rely on your generous support? Your actions now to plan your estate could be the most significant good you'll ever do for animals.

We are sponsoring a series of workshops to give you the tools you need to take charge of your estate planning now. Our very own Nicole Otoupalik will be at these free seminars throughout Orange County in April. Assess your personal situation and prepare for the future - for you and your animal companions.

  • Learn how to make choices that are meaningful to you, not choices dictated by the state.
Find practical solutions to plan your finances and estate, including learning how to include your animal companions in your estate plan.
  • Become the master of your own financial plan
  • Avoid running out of money as you get older.
  • The "It's Your Estate" sessions enable you to set up your very own estate plan. Local estate planning attorneys provide a wealth of knowledge and advice, all for free. You are welcome to attend all sessions in the 7 week period, or just those which interest you.

Series moderator Peter Kote has won many awards and is a funny, knowledgeable and enjoyable speaker. In Defense of Animals Vice President of Leadership Giving Nicole Otoupalik will be present at various locations throughout the series and will be pleased to meet you and advise how to plan for your furry, feathered, or scaled loved ones.

Classes are offered throughout Orange County and the full schedule is available. Please contact Nicole directly to RSVP at nicole@idausa.org.
