Join us for the fourth annual Compassionfest, a free, fun, community event featuring delicious animal-free food, cruelty-free products, inspiring speakers, healing workshops, performers, and musicians. In Defense of Animals is proud to sponsor this innovative event to unite like-minded people who believe in community, equality, kindness, and compassion for all.

Meet local artists, crafters, entrepreneurs, and eco-friendly vendors at Compassionfest, an all-welcoming indoor and outdoor event with free admission. This year, highlights include: a Morning Meditation with the Laughing Yogi, an Advocate Workshop with Peter DiGennaro, a Microgreen Garden Workshop with Mark Mathew Braunstein, and the following speakers: pattrice jones, Dr. Joanne Kong, Maya Gottfried, Hanifa Washington, and Mary Lawrence.
