The Humanitarian Church Welcomes Vegans!

The Humanitarian Church Welcomes Vegans!

Pastor Rob Munro welcomes you to his vegan church in Central New York, which was built in 1821 and recently consecrated by Reverend Frank Hoffman as The Saint Francis of Assisi Parish of The Humanitarian Church. Pastor Rob provides spiritual support to all vegans and animal activists, whom he sees as vegan missionaries. Hear Pastor Rob’s story during our upcoming webinar!

Pastor Rob subscribes to Norval J. Huskey’s vegan proclamation in The Vegan Bible: The Vegan Guide to the Holy Scriptures and is committed to converting people to a vegan lifestyle. For years, it was Pastor Rob’s practice to purchase 4,000 pounds of produce and distribute it to 150 needy families for free throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Northern Rhode Island in his famous green bus. Having fed, housed, and helped countless families and individuals since being ordained as a Christian Minister in 2001, Pastor Rob now provides a spiritual house of worship for vegans.

If you are traveling on I 90 through Central New York, stop by The Humanitarian Church, which has a beautiful sanctuary, complete with an altar, organ, piano, choir balcony, and seating for 120. The Church provides Sunday Vegan Worship Service, wedding and reception services, baptismal and furry friend blessings, and funeral services for both furry family members and humans alike.

The function hall doubles as a conversion lecture hall for pre-vegans and a location for showing documentaries. The kitchen provides an ideal location for preparing plant-based meals and serves as a vegan cooking facility for events.

Pastor Rob joins our Vegan Spirituality Online Gathering on Thursday, May 10, 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. PT (8 p.m. – 9 p.m. ET). Participate by phone or online with your hosts Peace to All Beings author Judy Carman and In Defense of Animals’ Sustainable Activism Campaign Director Lisa Levinson.
