In Defense of Animals and Canada Geese Protection Colorado joined forces on a high-profile billboard campaign to stop gruesome goose roundups and raise awareness about the plight of Canada geese in Denver as well as nationwide.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has rounded up and killed over 2,000 Canada geese and goslings in the Denver area alone since 2019. Geese were picked up by their necks, thrown into crates, and brutally killed. We urge the USDA to stop its cruel, ineffective, and costly taxpayer-funded goose roundups.
