Our monthly donors are the backbone of In Defense of Animals. We rely on a constant and reliable stream of funds from our Animal Advocates program participants in order to rescue and protect animals all over the world who so desperately need our assistance.

Here at In Defense of Animals, we have an amazing group of volunteers and staff who are dedicated to changing policies and situations that affect animals as well as directly saving lives. In 2015, In Defense of Animals’ Hope Animal Sanctuary placed 420 adult dogs and puppies in loving homes across the United States. Many of them were placed with help from our rescue partners, Animal Rescue Front, Northwest Hills Animal Rescue, and White River Animal Rescue. Others were adopted by local families and still others were adopted out through our partnership with PetSmart at their adoption days. By becoming a monthly donor, you make it possible for us to sterilize all animals who we rescue, as well as give them proper vaccinations, worming medications, and veterinary care if needed.

Your monthly gift will not only allow us to budget and prepare for the future, but also to be ready at a moment’s notice to respond to an animal emergency. Having reliable support makes all the difference when it comes to saving animals’ lives.
