I was abandoned as a puppy in a remote and rural area of Mississippi. I wandered around alone, just trying to survive. Sometimes nice people would bring me food, but I was scared and would hide until they left. One day I was caught and taken to a local shelter. That is when I saw my new Mom for the first time. Every day, she would talk to me and feed me – and she gave me kisses, even when I tried to bite her. Months later, she loaded me into her truck and took me to my new home. Now, I sleep on my own bed beside her bed, get plenty of food to eat, playtime and goodnight kisses – and I have brothers and sisters to play with!
