Hero Puppy Who Saved Friends From Meat Farm Has Home of Her Own!
A few weeks ago, we told you about the Miryang dog meat farm rescue, where we saved 26 dogs from being slaughtered in South Korea with our partner Jindo Love Rescue. Now, the brave puppy who helped lead our team of rescuers to her friends and family finally has a home of her own.
When our team arrived, they saw two Jindos who led them to the rest of the dogs. One of them was Mulan, who recently flew to her new home in the U.S., where she’s now experiencing an entirely new life as a beloved member of her new family.
A few of the other dogs have also been adopted, and we were even more surprised when our group of 26 dogs turned into 30 after one we named Aurora gave birth to an unexpected group of puppies at our foster center. We suspect she was about two weeks pregnant when we rescued her. One of the puppies didn’t survive, but the four others are thriving; they’re curious, adventurous, fearless, playful, and love food!
The puppies aren’t ready for adoption yet, but we have many more dogs at our foster center waiting for their perfect forever homes and hope to find them soon.
You can help by adopting one of these deserving dogs, spreading the word about our need for flight volunteers, and making a donation to support more rescues like this one and the care of dogs at our foster center in South Korea.
