In Defense of Animals regularly holds retreats to support animal activists, where you can learn tools to help you combat stress and heal trauma, while honoring your relationships with animal companions and the many other animals who suffer in silence. After recharging our activist batteries, we can return to our daily lives with new self-care tools to continue helping animals without depleting ourselves.
