Thanks to everyone for celebrating animal rescue for Activist Appreciation Month! We received inspiring animal rescue videos from our partners, staff, and supporters. Watch this uplifting video compilation of heroic activists saving animals to make your day!

For Activist Appreciation Month, we honored animal rescuers with self-care reels, activist spotlights, and tributes. We shared exhilarating rescue stories from our partners, including brave activists who saved brumbies from slaughter and Muscovy ducks from danger.

We also hosted virtual events to support your activism: World Peace Meditation with our Campaigns Director Lisa Levinson, Mindful Moments with vegan therapist Paul White, Censored Landscapes with activist photographer Isabella La Rocca González, and an interview with Tracy Murphy of Asha’s Farm Sanctuary. You can still watch the replays and sign our alert to drop the charges against Tracy!

Last but not least, we’re thrilled to bestow an activist mini-grant to Animal Rescue Samaritans in Uganda for its incredible efforts to save animals including dogs, monkeys, cows, pigs, and goats from harm in remote regions with limited veterinary care.
