Our partner IDA India goes above and beyond to help dogs and cats who need extra treatment and support with advanced veterinary care, while a recent donation of wheelchairs for dogs will also go a long way in helping everyone on their road to recovery.

IDA India uses laser therapy and acupuncture as supportive treatment for dogs and cats who suffer from a variety of medical conditions, including nerve damage, mobility issues, muscle damage, and other chronic conditions.

Laser therapy helps reduce inflammation, relieve pain, improve circulation, and speed healing, while acupuncture helps stimulate nerves, reduce discomfort, and support overall recovery.

Since we started using these machines, more than 100 animals have benefitted, and we’ve observed faster healing, improved movement, better pain management, and an improved quality of life for our patients.  

The positive outcomes we’re seeing have encouraged us to continue to incorporate these treatments in our rehabilitation programs to provide the highest level of compassionate care.

A recent donation of eight wheelchairs to help dogs with broken hips will also go a long way to helping them recover, and they seem to enjoy their new ability to move around.

We’re grateful to our staff, volunteers, and donors who make this all possible, and go the extra mile to help animals who would otherwise have no hope get the care they desperately need.
