Unlucky Lottery Winners

This dog has won the unlucky lottery. She can’t see to avoid danger coming. She can’t find food or shelter. We have a plan to help. A lonely, dry patch of land exists that could be transformed into a beautiful garden of miracles for 44 blind dogs at IDA-India. But it doesn’t end there. Our veterinarians want to perform a true miracle for these dogs. They have found a cataract machine that will allow blind dogs and cats to see again!
